I have a whole plum cake and says "Best before May 2007 on the label. Can I deduct Uncut plum cake can be stored for a period of 2 weeks in a plastic sleeve? If I cut the cake plum, it's okay to eat after 3 days, or is acceptable to eat plum cake cutting 5 days after its cut?
